Call for Proposals to IMO Meetings 2014

Dear IMLA Members,
IMLA has been accredited with NGO Consultative Status from IMO. Recognized as an international organization representing academic and educational part of the world maritime community, IMLA endeavors to play an active role and contribute its views on various IMO agenda items in meetings when circumstances allow.
IMO has announced the Programme of Meetings for 2014 in early December 2013. Members are encouraged to contribute documents in such forms as proposals, comments or information.
Documents are requested to be delivered to the IMLA Shanghai Office by email to imla@shmtu.edu.cn at least six weeks prior to the corresponding dates of a particular meeting, and will be evaluated and selected by the IMLA Committee before final submission to the IMO.
