Ghana accedes to ballast water treaty
Ghana has acceded to the Ballast Water Management Convention, which is a key treaty in the fight against harmful impacts of invasive species in the marine environment. H.E. Ms. Dzifa Ativor, Minister of Transport, Ghana, handed over the instrument of accession to IMO Secretary-General Koji Sekimizu today (26 November).
