Vice President of Vietnam Maritime University Visited SMU

On November 2nd, Dr. Nguyen Canh Son, Vice President of Vietnam Maritime University paid a visit to SMU. Prof. Jin Yongxing, Vice President of SMU and leaders of relevant colleges and departments gave the guests a warm reception.
Prof. Jin Yongxing, Vice President of SMU reviewed on the long history of mutual communications between the two sides. He fully recognized the contributions Vietnam Maritime University had made to the cultivation of maritime professions in Asia. He hoped that the two sides could promote mutual study and visits so as to make progress hand in hand.
Dr. Nguyen Canh Son, Vice President of Vietnam Maritime University elaborated on the recent achievements of Vietnam Maritime University. He hoped that there could be more and more opportunities of communications and cooperation. He especially wish to send teachers and students to study in SMU.
During the visit, the guests also visited the library, COSTAMARE Engine Room Integrated Laboratory of SMU.
